1. Who We Are

Vobat provides educational tools for data analysis, visualization, statistical summaries, public-information exploration, and AI-assisted report generation.

Information you enter into the website, including pasted data or uploaded data if upload features are added.
Usage information such as pages viewed, browser type, device type, approximate location, referring pages, and diagnostic information.
Account information if login is added, such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
Payment identifiers if paid services are added. Payment card details should be processed by a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe, and not stored directly by Vobat.

3. Data You Analyze

You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant Vobat a limited license to process that data only to provide the requested analysis, visualization, report, download, or related service.

Some current features may run locally in your browser. If you use optional AI-generation features, a summary of your analyzed data may be sent to third-party AI services for processing.

4. Prohibited Data

You must not upload, paste, submit, or process data that you are not legally authorized to use. You must not submit:

Protected Health Information (PHI), patient records, or medical records.
Medical, diagnostic, or healthcare-treatment data.
Classified, export-controlled, or government-restricted information.
Confidential third-party data without permission.
Data that violates privacy, employment, securities, education, research, or other applicable laws.
Malicious code, malware, or unlawful content.

5. Third-Party Services

Vobat may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, payment processing, AI processing, and infrastructure. These may include Cloudflare, Google Cloud, Google Gemini or Vertex AI, Firebase, Stripe, analytics providers, or similar vendors.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Vobat may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze usage, improve performance, and protect against abuse.

7. Data Retention

We may retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and improve the product. Browser-side data may remain on your device unless you clear it.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect information. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for avoiding sensitive or regulated uploads and for keeping your own copies of important data.

Vobat is not intended for children under 13 or for users below the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may stop using Vobat at any time. If account features are added, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable laws and operational requirements.
